The First Official Chapter Ride of the year occurred on April 18th, 2003. The ride left Wisconsin Harley Davidson Dealer at about 1:30 PM and headed to Ken's Towne Inn in Jefferson, WI. It was a cold overcast day with temperatures in the upper 40's F.
There were, my guess, approximately 50 bikes that attended.
